CirrusLink AI is operated by CIRRUSLINK PTE. LTD., a company incorporated in Singapore in 2025 ("we," "us," or "our"), which is the controller of your personal data. We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect your personal data and the choices available to you. It applies when you visit https://cirruslink.sg, use our Service, or interact with us through third-party applications that link to this policy.
Please read this policy and the CirrusLink AI Terms of Service before using the Site or Service. By using them, you consent to the practices described here. If you do not agree, do not access or use our Site or Service.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes affecting registered users will be notified in advance via the email associated with your account. Continued use or revisitation constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
1. Collection of Personal Data
1.1 Information You Provide
We may collect:
- Information you provide when registering, using the Service, or completing forms (such as name, email, phone, and mailing address);
- Personal data contained in Inputs and Shared User Content submitted through the Service;
- Information passed through integrated third-party services;
- Customer support correspondence, survey responses, transaction records, and Credits purchases;
- Search queries on the Site;
- Image, audio, video, and related biometric information (such as voiceprints or facial geometry) where applicable.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you browse or use the Service, we may automatically collect through cookies and similar technologies:
- Visit logs, traffic data, clicks, browsing behavior, and page views;
- IP address, device identifiers, operating system, browser type, and time zone;
- Usage patterns for security, performance analysis, and product improvement.
1.3 Model Provider Data Practices
- Inputs you submit are transmitted to the Model Provider you select (or that is selected through automatic routing) to generate Outputs.
- Each Provider has different practices for retaining, training on, and using Inputs and Outputs. See indexed Provider data practice links on the platform.
- If you do not want your data used for model training, choose a Model or Provider that commits to not using your data for that purpose.
1.4 Enterprise Users and DPA
- If you have a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with us, the DPA and our agreements with Model Providers govern data handling, including training restrictions.
1.5 Key Statement: Model Training
CirrusLink AI does not use your Inputs or Outputs for model training.
(Enterprise DPA scenarios are governed by the applicable agreement.)
1.6 Biometric-Related Processing
Some Models support voice cloning, voice changing, speaker identification, voice-preserving translation, face cloning, and similar features. Model Providers may extract biometric identifiers such as voiceprints or facial geometry.
- Under GDPR, CCPA, BIPA, and similar laws, such data may be sensitive personal information or biometric identifiers.
- If you submit another person's voice or image to a Model that performs biometric processing, you are responsible for obtaining required notice and consent under applicable law.
- CirrusLink AI acts as an intermediary routing data to Models and does not independently generate or store biometric identifiers.
1.7 Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, web beacons, session replay, and similar technologies to:
- Operate the Site and facilitate login;
- Personalize your experience and remember preferences;
- Analyze performance and deliver marketing (interest-based ads can be disabled in account settings).

1.8 Analytics and Third-Party Tools
We may use Google Analytics, PostHog, and other analytics providers to monitor Site usage. See each provider's privacy policy. Google Analytics offers a browser opt-out add-on.
2. How We Use Personal Data
We use personal data to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
- Route Inputs to Model Providers for inference (and for training where permitted by Provider terms);
- Manage accounts, send notices, and communicate policy changes;
- Send marketing and promotional communications (you may opt out);
- Maintain security, prevent fraud, and investigate abuse;
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service;
- Perform aggregated, de-identified analysis and rankings (Inputs and Outputs disassociated from user IDs);
- Other purposes disclosed to you or reasonably necessary to provide the Service.
2.1 Interest-Based Advertising
We may show ads relevant to you using cookies, IP addresses, and similar technologies. We do not provide advertisers with information that alone identifies you (such as name or email) for cross-site profiling. You may disable interest-based ads in account settings.
3. How We Share and Disclose Personal Data
We may share personal data in the following circumstances:

4. Your Rights and Choices
4.1 Marketing Communications
- Opt out of marketing emails by contacting privacy@cirruslink.sg or using unsubscribe links in messages.
- Opt-out requests may require reasonable processing time; information shared with third parties before opt-out may not be retrievable.
4.2 Advertising Preferences
- Disable interest-based ads in account settings;
- Use industry opt-out pages such as NAI and DAA for third-party personalized advertising.
4.3 Access, Correction, and Deletion
- Review and update profile information by logging into your account;
- Request access or correction at privacy@cirruslink.sg;
- Delete account and data: email privacy@cirruslink.sg and confirm; deletion is irreversible except where retention is required for compliance or legal necessity.
4.4 Rights Under Applicable Law
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Know what personal data we process and its sources;
- Access and portability of your personal data;
- Deletion subject to legal exceptions;
- Correction of inaccurate data;
- Object to or restrict processing;
- Withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing.

4.5 CCPA
- We do not "sell" personal data as defined by the CCPA;
- You may opt out of CCPA "sharing" by selecting Model Providers that do not use your data for training;
- CirrusLink AI cannot fully control Provider-side training once data is transmitted to a training-permitted Provider.
5. Data Security
- We implement firewalls, access controls, and other measures to protect personal data.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
- Internet transmission is not completely secure; you transmit data at your own risk.
6. Third-Party Platforms and Integrations
- The Site may link to or integrate third-party websites, applications, and services. Their privacy policies apply once you leave CirrusLink AI.
- This policy applies only to information collected by CirrusLink AI.
7. Data Retention
- We retain personal data as long as reasonably necessary for business and legal obligations, then delete, anonymize, or destroy it as permitted by law.
- Image, audio, and video: we do not persist such files beyond routing except for abuse detection, security, billing, or legal compliance.
- Model Provider retention practices vary; consult their data practices.

8. Eligibility
- The Site is offered to users 13 years of age or older.
- Users under 13 must not access the Site. Users aged 13–18 must have guardian permission.
9. International Data Transfers
- Your data may be transferred to servers in the United States or outside the EEA/UK.
- For EEA/UK users, we rely on European Commission adequacy decisions and GDPR Article 46 Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), among other mechanisms.
10. Governing Law
- Disputes relating to this policy or CirrusLink AI products and services are governed by New York law, except where applicable privacy laws provide non-waivable rights.
